This travelling exhibit was designed to create public awareness of food related issues and how individuals can help shape future legislation. This was an almost totally digital solution with innovative use of large format touch screens and displays. This was the third travelling exhibit for MoRST that Lumen was involved with. In this case Lumen was the key agency, implementing and managing all aspects of the project, from concept and content development through to fabrication and installation.
